A licensed real estate professional since 1991, Jay is a consummate expert that settles for nothing less than 100% client satisfaction. He benefits from a great deal of repeat and referral business from loyal clients that would not consider selling or buying a property without his caring insight and guidance, for which they have grown to rely upon.

Jay has always had a passion for real estate and comes from a real estate family led by his father who has been licensed for over 50 years. Jay studied architecture at Syracuse University and graduated with a 5 yr degree in business with concentrations in marketing, finance, advertising, and graphic design. He went on to attend the graduate program in Bentley College’s School of Continuing and Professional Studies specializing in organizational management.

Prior to joining Sotheby’s International Realty, Jay was the President and top producer at a boutique luxury real estate firm serving Coastal San Diego markets.

Thomas has been a licensed real estate professional for over 15 years. He helps clients in transactions involving detached and attached properties at all price points, including luxury homes, downtown condos, and historic mills act homes. His areas of focus are San Diego’s coastal communities, downtown, and the architecturally diverse metro neighborhoods.

Thomas has leveraged the resources and successful track record of Jay’s team to benefit his clients in San Diego as well as provide seamless client introductions to real estate experts in other local, national, and international markets.
